TL/DR: You place an order, we ship it. Pretty simple really.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and shipped within one business day. Please allow up to two business days for processing.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email and will also be available through your order details when available.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order. The packaging used may vary depending on the size and type of items being shipped. We use appropriate packaging to protect your order while keeping shipping costs reasonable.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information is provided for shipped orders. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery is handled by the carrier and delivery times are outside of our control.
If USPS tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS office for assistance. We cannot control the actions of individual postal carriers or local delivery offices.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
USPS Ground Advantage includes up to $100 of insurance coverage for eligible merchandise. If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, a claim will be filed with USPS when appropriate. Claims are subject to USPS requirements and determination. Fox Den Games will follow USPS’s determination regarding the claim.
Refunds will be issued when appropriate after the resolution of the claim.
Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to Fox Den Games for any reason, including refusal of delivery or inability to deliver to the provided address, the order will be automatically refunded once the package is received.
The refund will be for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charge.
